1. At least five years in marketing director role within professional services environment.
2. A proven track record in developing and administering a marketing program
3. Has their own computer and high speed Internet connection with the following system requirements:
a. Reliable Personal Computer with at least 512 MB memory or higher .
b. The CPC of the PC should be at least Pentium IV or higher.
c. A broadband wired. Internet connection (cable, DSL, .etc
d. Webcam and Headset.
- Speaks, Reads, and Writes good English.
- Can work from home without distractions.
- Can use Skype.
- Has a PayPal account.
- Able to do multitasking, willing to learn new things and can easily be trained other skills.
- Can work full-time (40 hours per week)
HAS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Can oversee the overall Company's marketing strategy.
Directs company’s overall marketing and strategic planning programs and communications.
2. Facilitates client development through marketing and client services programs
3. Drives marketing solutions across development teams through market requirements, product contract and positioning.
4. Demonstrates technical marketing skills and product knowledge.
Provides product training when needed
5. Develops and administers marketing database which includes client and prospect information, mailing list applications, access to financial reports, etc.
6. Efficiently manages the Marketing Department budget. Ensure deliverance of all marketing activities within agreed budget and provides direction to all marketing staff where budgets are devolved.
7. Analyzes potential partner relationships specifically for boost sales
8. Conducts market research for current and future products and reports viability of product.
